Priyanka Sachdev Shahra is a design thinker and serial entrepreneur. Her passions lie in mindful creation of projects that have the capacity to uplift the lives of many. Priyanka believes in investing her time and enterprise innovation learnings into every project One With Earth takes on.Her heterogeneous interests enable her to revel in innovative, rapid and economical prototyping to validate business models. Priyanka’s experience with entrepreneurship begun in 2010, when she co-founded the brand solutions company, A Brand New Day (ABND). Soon learning her raison d’être lay was intertwined with work that uplifted communities and our planet, she set up One With Earth in 2014 as a vehicle to support such projects.​ 

Her background in design thinking serves as a guide to enable the implementation of ostensibly diverse projects; ranging from education through to textile sustainability, food security, and community wellness.​ Aside from meaningful entrepreneurship, Priyanka has been fortuitous to experience fulfillment through enriching opportunities such as; teaching Visual Expression at Ecole Intuit Lab; using her training in Hindustani Classical Music to set up a successful vocal music program at SPJ Sadhna School (as a means of speech therapy to mentally challenged children); attaining a certificate in Sustainability from Harvard Extension School; holding a MS in Strategic Design Management from Parsons New School and being a board member at Shirin Fozdar Program under SMU.

As a designer, Jerome helps the world innovate. He looks to create actionable strategies that are informed by users. These strategies lead to implementable innovative solutions that, when implemented, have a positive business impact. He has led many projects, including the design and development of products, services, and branded experiential spaces. To ensure the success of innovative ideas, Jerome has also worked on change management programs that help organizations adopt new ideas.

He is able to work across the industry to help all of my clients due to his deep knowledge in the human-centered innovation process. Jerome is a speaker and writer on topics on innovating by design; customer experience creation; the impact of good service design and the positive outcomes of change.

Helen D. Silver is an attorney specializing in environmental and sustainability issues, in particular climate change. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Biodiversity for a Livable Climate which she cofounded, and on the Board of Sense & Sustainability.

She has worked with national and regional nonprofits to develop and advocate for effective climate change and other environmental policies in a wide variety of contexts, including with U.S. EPA. She has served on subgroups of the Clean Air Act federal advisory group and other stakeholder groups charged with developing policy recommendations.

Helen also has significant expertise with respect to carbon accounting policies, in particular with respect to biomass and biofuels policies. She has represented nonprofits in ensuing litigation before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, advised private sector companies on environmental policy and compliance issues, and worked with countries to resolve international environmental disputes, including before the International Court of Justice.

Sacha Nelson, is a technologist who has developed Artificial Intelligence solutions for the retail industry. He consults global Companies and builds custom AI solutions for their proprietary requirements. His passions lie within the realm of fashion where he is focusing on i) technologies to solve the growing global problem of global waste as well as ii) AI led management systems to guide retail businesses combat their varied challenges

Ankesh Shahra is the Founder and Managing Director of Agrimax Ventures, a Singapore Headquartered Company focused on sustainable agriculture. His vision is to heighten agricultural nutrition value & productivity by the use of technological innovation. The Company invests and promotes businesses that can bridge inefficiencies and imbalances in the food and agricultural input space.

He is also the Managing Director of Hi-Rich Seeds Pte Ltd, which is based in India and has the vision to improve the overall quality of seeds available to local farmers by diversifying their genetic base (non GMO).
